joint state of the art report (STAR) that attempts to cover
a larger number of papers that relate to the research focus
of the SemSeg project (4D space-time topology for semantic
flow segmentation) as the first public deliverable from
the SemSeg project.
Since we attempt to publish this STAR, also, we will publish
